| Knoxville Metro Soccer League (KMSL) Forms
These are the requirements for joining a team:
- Co-Ed Divisions Men must be 30 years old or older. Women must be 18 or older.
- Men's & Women's Open players must be 18 years or older.
- Team's must complete a Team Application Form and fax to Steve Green on (865) 403-5802 for each season.
- Player's already registered, wishing to to have dual registration to be able to play in the Men's or Women's Open Division, must register online for each team.
- You will need to photocopy your driver's license as proof of age and submit the copy with the appropriate forms.
- Each new player must register online after creating an account.
- If you wish to transfer to another team, you will need the team representatives for both teams to approve and send an e-mail to the Registrar.
- If you wish to start a new team, or for every new season, the person in charge of the team will also need the team roster. Contact Steve Green for more information about starting a new team (865-577-1448).
